Pretty much. Either take the Cambie Street (accessed by Nelson heading east) or Granville Street bridges southbound and respectively, turn right at Marine, veer right onto 70th Avenue and left at Oak Street, and, left on 70th Avenue and right on Oak Street to get onto 99 south which will take you to the Peace Arch crossing and I-5 south.

I see you have Hilton gold status. That'd get you a full breakfast (or two) at the HGI Everett. Personally, I'd prefer to save the $110 + accommodation taxes for shopping/gaming.
