Why aren't we doing more to encourage the FFPs to improve standards?
I used to believe that was one of the purposes and functions of Randy's organization. But after seeing the article in InsideFlyer where tons of ink is slung in BA's direction and very little in UA's (the most pathetic airline online site in the industry) I have strong doubts...
