Just saw this earilier today. I did not see people post but its even getting more pathetic. The infamous resort fee is now called "SERVICE FEES" (Are they suggesting the room rate that we paid for is just for room only??) Anyhow, the FEE that they charged went up from $10/day to $15 per day! I am sure the manager at this property does not want people's business at all! (Esp when you can get Palazzo on priceline for 79/night WITHOUT resort fee). I guess I'll switch my stay elsewhere unless I am really desperate for the stay credit.
