Yeah, there aren't too many airlines who are going to take out a full page USA Today ad for, "Winner of Crappiest Frequent Flyer Program for 2009".
I would seriously like to see something of this nature though. This isn't a dig only on NW, but all the airline and hotel programs out there. The movies has the Razzie's. All we need is a catchy name. The 2009 Customer Last Award? Call them the Custards!
