Well, unless your home is exempt from all the Tuesday grocery circulars that get puts in everyone's mailbox you can get one once/week. So yes they ARE available, even if not in the format you prefer.
Also, if you go to the F&E site you can probably sign up to get them.
PS - If your new F&E does what mine did when it opened up, they'll give you a packet (1/coupon a week for a month or six weeks) when you go through the check-out line the first time.
