Either:
  1. The OP has been given a reference to their booking and believes it is a ticket number (i.e. The ticket has not yet been issued), or
  2. The ticket has been issued, but the OP has not been able to approach the AA agents in a way to get them to perform the necessary re-issuing.
  3. The ticket has been issued, but CX has not properly made the information accessible to AA?
