IIRC king pacific and others in CA/AK are like $3K+/nt, whereas most are more like ~$1K+/nt.
internationally, there are the safari type operations, like singita or FS tented camp. or some of the amanresorts - amanpulo's romance package says "full board" but its actually all-inclusive.
amanyara and parrot cay are among resorts currently offering free full board packages, as a result of the economy.
