Depends on what airplane, which airport, etc. If it's a major airport on a big plane I would not worry too much. If it's a tiny airport on a propeller plane, there may be some delays.
While I wouldn't put it past US to fly this route with an E70 some day, it's a 321 right now which is a robust as most any big plane. SFO and PHL are both showing no delays on
the FAA Flight Delay Map. And it looks like all of the flights from last night made it in, so I think you'll be OK.
SFO is often delayed due to weather as their ability to run parallel runways is impeded when visibility is low, but I can't imagine canceling. I flew SFO-PIT for 2+ years straight and only had 2 flight delayed more than an hour or so. With such a light schedule for US at SFO, it runs pretty efficiently.
UPDATE: Then again, there's a ground stop in Cleveland and Newark, and east radar is looking ugly, so keep an eye on the US and SFO flight status boards.
