ohhh 3G web access would probably be good too !
Yes. Several also come with a built-in Skype compatible webcam. The screens are ideal res for 72p HD video, too.

3G is slightly different, 3G USB stick is fine, and some versions have built-in 3G (eg the Acer deal through Radioshack mentioned above).
