Stadium is located in Halawa, about 10 miles out from Waikiki and 8 from Downtown. If you're going to the game, you'll be better off with a car (although you could take TheBus, but it is slower).
Hotel wise, you're limited to those in Waikiki or Ihilani (which IIRC is a Pro Bowl team hotel?).
