I did not see any aliases for "/forums" anywhere. But I went ahead and created one. It should redirect now.
I believe it used to be "/forum." That's why you didn't see "/forums" anywhere.

"www.flyertalk.com/forum" had always worked before the latest "URL enhancement" (except when the site is down, of course ).
