I was watching CNN at 05:30am in the MSY CRC this morning. They reported wind-chill of -18 in BTV. I'll likely have a Cajunsicle on my hands in a few weeks.
Which is why I think I finally gave up down-hill skiing. That and the snowboarding incident. I didn't think it was possible to break one's behind, but it is.
