Thread: Elevate - What`s the point ?

Hi - Booking new trip on-line with points, I just noted that for some strange reason one sector previously recorded has been removed even though the elevate number is listed on my boarding pass for this sector

The problem is now that I need these points (or in fact only 300 points) to complete my new booking, but VA need another 4~6 weeks to correct their own mistake with the Elevate system i.e. my only option is to buy this new ticket with cash now as partly use of point is not possible.

Any suggestion ? or just quietly accept that earned points can disappear anytime ?
