I was about to say that I recollect I got my number from a Highlife mag application from and it starts with a 32. in the late 90s. My partner's card was from one of the card application from from the front of a domestic flight and it starts with 22. Might be to do with where the numbers come as well. The card numbers were on the application form itself, not assigned after the submission of the application form.
