Yeah, yeah...I know...we all have our rights. Courtesy is another thing though. On the last flight, the guy with the open window was sleeping...I got his blinding sunlight in the dimmed cabin. He wasn't even awake to enjoy it. No big deal for the times I was sleeping...sleeping's not a problem. The awake times with the fully-open blinding light were the challenge.
Didn't complain, though...never do. I understand that there are some people out there that just can't sleep without the lights on.
