you have to seperate WC membership from ST E+. WC membership only works @ contracted lounges (not all AF lounges qualify) and WC rules apply (as for AF lounges, usually no guest). If you are ST E+ travelling international you and 1 guest (no familiy as per rule, but infants or small children are usually o.k. even for AF) have access to all ST lounges and this includes the AF arrivals lounge in Paris 2C.

This has actually been covered in dozens of threads ... maybe there should be a master thread on international lounges and varying access rules based in airlines/status/memberships.
