Ah, I thought the "no guest" rule at AF lounges trumped the Elite Plus guest rule, but I see now that the rule only applies to entrance to AF lounges with a WC card. With a WC card, no guests.

Regarding Elite Plus, can I enter with my family, or does the one-guest rule apply to families?
