If all partners can be ammended both going forward and retroactively, then why should any customer have any faith in anything DL says or does, ever? If I follow the rules of a promotion as put forth by the promoter, the promoter has an obligation to meet the promotion. That does not mean I have a sense of entitlement, it means I trust the corporation to make good on it's own promo.
Because I have never seen a promotion from DL before that said explicitly they reserved the right to change the list of eligible components during the promotion. Why else would they have inserted this line into the T&Cs except to allow precisely what it suggests?
