All of this doesn't change one thing, I now believe Delta are a gang of thieves/crooks whatever you want to call them. I hope for Jeff Robertson's sake he never comes close to a flyertalker. I now seriously contemplating just never setting foot again on a Delta plane as a result of this.
A bit emotional, don't ya think? Could you detail precisely what Jeff and other Delta employees did that would make them "thieves/crooks"?
All I've noticed is that a non-promoted (but publicly viewable and functional) offer page was discovered and used by customers. Those customers, based upon the published terms (which included very clear text indicating that terms could be modified), had certain expectations. Now people are *speculating* that those expectations won't be met. Anything I'm missing that should land them in jail?

Uh, have they made retroactive changes yet? Unless I've missed it, no one has confirmed this. Has it even been confirmed that the offer has been pulled? Is it possible that the page is down because they are making non-retroactive modifications, or for some other reason?
