Your loss would be what you would have had otherwise. You would lose 37.5K extra DL miles versus your previous expectation.

What about SPG conversions? Are just transfers ineligible now, or conversions too? Conversions were explicitly eligible in the original terms.

The terms and conditions, if it actually came down to a court dispute, are just as good written on a napkin versus a screen shot vs smoke signals UNLESS Delta were to actually dispute them. Given the number of people who saw (and logged them), Delta would never claim that they weren't what they were. They might dispute interpretation, validity, etc, but not that they were actually printed.

First, don't be so sure. Has it been confirmed that the offer is actually dead? Even if so, has it been confirmed that Delta isn't going to honor sign-ups and transfers that took place already? I suspect they would. Has it been confirmed that the page/offer has been pulled only temporarily so they may modify the terms and then reactivate it?
Delta has a publicly available form that made particular promises. They reserved the right to change the terms. Those who took a risk, knowing the terms, should accept responsibility for that risk. That said, if Delta determines that they mislead people, I would be willing to bet they would make amends in a reasonable way, perhaps by honoring transfers that took place between registration and the modification I'm not even convinced the deal is dead... no one has indicated it is. I'm glad I got 20K SPG in... I suspect I'll have 62.K DL miles for them, in the end.
