Specifically, how does OnePass tell KLM/Air France that a OnePass member submitted a retro-claim on travels made on KLM flight? There was no frequent flyer membership submitted at reservation or at check-in. All these reconcilation process seems very complex between these airline alliances and I wonder how airlines ensures no errors occur in these retro-claim processes.
Are you trying to claim OnePass miles or FlyingBlue miles? Assuming you are trying to claim OnePass miles you have to send in your boarding passes and ticket receipt and fill out a
form. CO will validate the claim with the other carrier and credit the miles as appropriate.
