If they're still in the unused certificates area after you're being told "they're attached to your res.", doesn't that mean that they're not really attached? Or does it keep bouncing in and out of your unused certificates portion?
Please dont apply logic to this situation. What has been happening is that people are reporting that its not attached and are told "not to worry, its noted on the reservation-all is well."
