Okay...back on topic...you are correct that if you are referring to knowing which aircraft have new config and which ones don't, CX doesn't have a schedule to show "If you fly HKG-LHR, you will definitely get a 747 with new config". This is annoying as other airlines such as QF are able to do this.
The reason for this is that CX will do last minute aircraft changes and while they are promoting the new config, they don't want to commit themselves to anything.
The current status is that if you are on a 777 long haul, you will get the new config. If you are on a 747, then it is hit and miss as there are still a few 747s which don't have the new config. Even if you check today that your flight says it has the new config, be prepared for a last minute change as sometimes aircraft are swapped out to a A340 or A330 which may or may not have the new config.
Confusing? Yes. Can we do anything about it? No unfortunately.
