You've got to be kidding when you think that any of this will have any impact on energy costs for the next several years. Eventually, nukes and alternative energy sources may play a huge role. Not so with drilling, wells take years to come online and even if we drill everywhere we can in our continental waters, the additional reserves are a very small percentage of our overall energy use.
