Yes, but even if it is true, it is still far less than 1M miles. This person’s time is clearly more valuable than the money it costs for the airfare. It is highly unlikely that such a traveler is accruing even 100 Kmiles in a subsonic fashion, much less more than 500K.
I certainly would not envy this travel regimen anyway. The airports served by Concorde are not easy to deal with, and the seats on the aircraft are not very roomy. But, it is still a much more sensible way to get 485 Kmiles than anything else I have heard about.
