The following quote from the CX site can be misconstrued since it's not completely clear to which portion of the above paragraph the asterisk applies. There are TWO distinct entities that are the paragraph's subjects; the asterisk may apply to both, though perhaps only to the entertainment programs. And yet that's not the case, either; C and F have bells and whistles Y doesn't, and they're not described--as I read it.
My point: I think the paragraph is less clear and informative than is needed. I don't know if this happens when there has been a translation from one language to another. I think there's both less and more information than is presented, and it's possible to misunderstand the difference.

The fixed-back shell seat in our new Economy Class ensures that no one in front of you will ever intrude into your space again. So you can relax and enjoy your 9" widescreen TV with StudioCX – featuring a rotating library of 100 movies, 350 TV shows, 888 music CDs, 22 radio channels, and entertainment programmes in nine languages.*

*To be introduced in all classes in July 2008.

You'll be happy as a clam in your new shell seat. Why? Because no one will ever recline into your salad or onto your computer again – they're in their own shell seat. The fixed-back design means that all seat movement is within a shell that doesn’t move whether you're sitting upright or sleeping, so everyone has a protected personal space. And with a LEAP® Live Back™ upholstered seat, it's a very comfortable space, with smooth reclining and an adjustable headrest."
I don't see what's unclear about this. The first sentence says it is referring to Economy class. The second sentence says the entertainment selection is going to be introduced to all classes. The whole paragraph is seen when you click into the Economy section. I don't think it could be any clearer.

Would you prefer it said "Note that Business Class seats are not found in the Economy cabin"?
