You get a free "pressing" of your clothes when you arrive, and I especially enjoyed the morning coffee, pressed the old fashioned way. It's like room service you don't have to order daily. Wife had some chai tea I think, also delivered on time, every day. Coffee service was complimentary. I was at the SR Monarch Beach, in a SR Suite (very nice BTW).
I believe that only suite rooms come with butler service in Monarch Beach. I know St Regis New York offers butler service for all rooms, but I doubt that other locations offer butler service for basic rooms except for a couple of locations in Asia.
