Even we had our suspicion that this double rewards offer was targeted to those who had AA as one redemption option. However,
post #44 (5/3/08, quoted below) clearly disputed that "speculation", since Delta sponsored accounts have been excluded from AA redemption.

e-Rewards didn't say anything about AA or refer to AA sponsors anywhere in the response to BBB. It only said "production error" and "to a limited group of participants in the e-Rewards Opinion Panel."
The best we can say is only certain number of panel members were targetted but e-Rewards made a huge mistake executing this promo.
As for me, yes, I happen to be a Panel Member. And yes, I had AA as one redemption option. Do I have to follow up to get my double rewards? Yes!
Are all my double rewards up to date? NO!
