I made an online request for an upgrade for YYC-YVR-HKG using a SSWU recently. The YYC-YVR segment was upgraded immediately. The YVR-HKG segment said "waitlisted" under upgrade status. I just noticed it's changed to "upgraded" today, but the seat assignment is still in the economy cabin. Does anyone know what that means?
