Window for me, I don't use the restroom much when I'm on the plane (very minimal maybe 1 out of 5 flights). With the window I can see some views, and sleep without being disturb by others. Of course, just like everyone else. I don't like the middle for alot of various reasons mentioned. I also don't like the aisle pretty much. Because, I usually sleep when I'm on the plane , and I hate when someone hits my elbow while I sleep, or the cart.
