NWA Agent ERROR

Hi,

I booked an award ticket from SFO-BOM-SFO using my worldperks miles and NWA booked me on Jet Airways. I got my return journey upgraded to Business Class whereas outbound was in coach.

Now one of the NWA agent cancelled(as per them by mistake) my booking from SFO-BOM and didn't even told me until i called them after looking at it online. I had to go through lot of pain on the day of travel as NW and Jet people kept sending me to each other. After spending 4 hours running here and there at the airport finally i got my ticket issue resolved.

To my surprise when i checked my return ticket this morning it was cancelled again because of NWA agent's error. I called the Worldperks SE and they said now my return journey can pnly be in coach as they can't find any Business class for any other airlines also.

They said we can't do anything now and offered me either $75 credit or 10000 bonus miles. NWA SE people asked me to call the customer care number and they are also offering me the same and they said there is no one after them to escalate the issue.

I personally think this compensation is not sufficient keeping in mind that i have to fly coach from BOM-SFO and the harrasment i had to go through all the 2-3 times to get everything resolved.

Please suggest me what should i do in this case.
