Depends on the cabin...

In Y, Aisle hands down. Preferably reclining Exit Row with non-reclining row in front, and tray table in foreword seat- Legroom can be a major issue- not sure if I'd fit well in a window, let alone a middle seat

In F, depends on if I am traveling with someone... if I am solo I try to get an aisle non-bulkhead (less legroom in bulkhead) seat to allow unrestricted access to the aisle. If I am with a companion, I'll take the window, so they don't have to bug me if they would like to get up.
