Technically it's Hudson's Square (the subset of SoHo west of 6th ave/Ave of the Americas).
Not just a technicality. It is in Hudson Square ^ which isn't really a marketer's dream Walking distance to Tribeca (not a pretty walk), West Village, and Soho. Also very close to Jacque Torres Chocolate, which is worth a visit if you enjoy such things.
