Stopovers at NRT, CDG, JNB and JFK. Great Circle Mapper makes is 28,192 miles, and I think 83,401 FlyingBlue level miles.
I'm not sure if you can go east to NRT and then west to CDG. Ditto for CDG and then JNB, which is slightly east. I'm pretty certain it wouldn't work on a reward ticket but I think you might be OK on a paid ticket.
