Rudi, I considered going the other way around, but I think it is a little TOO transparent a sham. In good faith I have to submit a reasonable flight plan that I might take. It looks like a Singapore Airlines Y class is my best bet.

kyklin, I wouldn't judge the whole package based on this one part of it. Home leave is a standard expat perk. In the grand scheme of things it is not that important.
