Good. They frankly need to be higher since nobody seems to notice that they're paying their arms, legs, and first born for cigarettes, at least in NYC. Say around the range of, $20 a pack? As much as I'm against social engineering, I'm sick and tired of not being able to breathe whenever I walk outside.
And given how incapable smokers are of quitting cigarettes, this could probably pay off the entire national debt plus fund national healthcare.
As far as underage kids goes, they see more vodka commercials per hour on TV than they do here.
