Not at all. I don't think this is what people here are suggesting you do. Quite the contrary (read my previous posts and those of others). However, it seems that not only you've decided to pursue this legally but you have already foreseen the outcome. Which makes me wonder why you started this thread in the first place? Clearly not for seeking advice
