Confused by N'Ex
I was studying up on options to get from Narita to Tokyo and came across this page:
http://www.jreast.co.jp/e/nex/fares.html
It lists two tables for fares on the N'Ex, the lower being significantly cheaper than the upper. What is the difference?

Are there other rail options to get from Narita to Tokyo?
