I watched the whole thing and was very disappointed in the show. The section on which behaviors are rude was fine, but once they has the TSA lady and the author of "Waiter Rant" on, it was very one-sided. They should have balanced the show by also having customers/passengers point out behaviors theu they consider rude when exhibited by TSA personnel, waiters, baristas, etc.
