I have always seen cabs in the parking lot of Dodger Stadium after games; I'm not sure if they have been called ahead of time for specific riders or if they are just there for hire. Based on the number I see, I'd suspect the latter. I normally park behind right field, so that's where I see them. Not sure about other locations.
