I am not working for TK. If you read my other posts, you will see i hate the service TK offers. Mentality may be the same as I am also a Turkish guy, living in Bangkok and have the highest status for both TK and TG. I am full aware of the *G regulations. What happened to you also occured to me on several flights, not only with TK but also with TG and LH. I never took it to the court but just with sweet mouth, i knew to get lots of free upgrades for my future flights. And i wish it happens again in the future so i can keep more of my money but fly business.

Threatining does not work my friend.. Especially against a Turkish company which is owned by the government of Turkey and many international funds. So my suggestion to you is that; try to use this for your own benefit. Paying for economy but flying business for a year will be better than what you can get if you go the other way. Short term benefit is better than the unexpected future.
