I'm all for the back of the ticket, but as I recall it does not say we'll
charge you for C, switch to Y and not provide a refund, now does it,
but thats TK's position.
Lounge is not a liability, it is just to make the customer happy and loyal. If you are not happy, please feel free to choose another airline for your next flight.
I wonder if you ever read the rules for *G flyers, whether in Y, C or F
regarding lounge access
I'd rather walk then ever fly on TK again, although I will be trying to
financially insure that they never fly again
Whatever legal specifications you have, i dont think you will be able to make any court neither in US nor Europe to accept your lawsuit; TK is negotiating for over 30 new air crafts and Airbus and Boing are the only competitiors.
So, my lawsuit will make TK switch from Boeing to Airbus. You
probably work for TK - same mentality.
As for a US Federal Court accepting my suit, it's mearly a $300 fee
and its filed following which any assets in the Courts jurisdiction
which will be removed will be seized by ex-parte motion.
So good luck, it is your 400USD/hr time..
