How is this hotel? The last report is from 2003, 5 years ago, a lifetime in hotel years. It is $80 less than the Westin for the night I am considering.

Is internet free?

Is there a lounge? If so, how are the offerings?

How is the location?

How are the rooms?

How well are platinums treated?
