Back to the proper topic of this thread, I'm in the middle of trying to get my latest $50 worth of double rewards posted. I sent a customer service message on the website, they (eventually) answered back acknowledging that I had indeed earned the $50 and that it was going to post, then I got another e-mail message claiming my bonus rewards had been posted. I looked at my account and they had posted.... $25.

OK, better than nothing, I guess.
So I e-mailed a response to their last e-mail, explaining that I was due $50, not $25. No response from them yet.
Update: I e-mailed another time, got a prompt response indicating that I was on the list to get my (delayed) double bonus, and the bonus posted! I then immediately did an HHonors redemption.

The HHonors points posted immediately.
