Mitigate dry air effect in flight

The dry air in long (5-10+ hours) flight makes me uncomfortable. My nose gets annoyed and I'd might sneeze a few times because of it. Is anyone here having problems with the dry air as well? What do you do about it?

Sometimes when I get served tea or coffee on the flight I put the cup close to my nose to get humidity from the steaming cup in my nose, but that is a very short term solution.
