I would like to thank the FA on my recent trip. She was great and really made me feel welcomed with what I felt was personalized service. I do not remember her name, but she work CO 875 and CO 876 on 09/06/2008 and again on 09/20/2008. She would be the only fa what worked both of those flights on both of those dates. She was very friendly and professional and I think she deserves recognition.
