It's a question of your tolerance for risk and how important it is to get there on time. 2.5 hours is fine IFF the first flight is on time. If you miss the last flight of the day, IC will put you up in a hotel if both flights are on the same ticket.

So say "om" and take some deep breaths; realize that in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter that much. Flights can be late anywhere in the world.
