Just so you know Silverswimmer, the abbrevations for Ryanair are FR or RYR.

RA is Royal Nepal Airlines.

Nitpicking, I know, but this is Flyertalk

Good to know your flights went well. I've flown with FR many times over a good many years and I've still not had any negative experiences or luggage lost. Some flights have been remarkably pleasant and I don't recall a single instance where I've not been kept informed. Whilst I dislike the management style and policies that creep into the FR experience, the frontline staff have been almost invariably good, sometimes superb.

I don't completely trust Ryanair. But the way I see it, if I put an extra £5 from every flight I've had with FR into an insurance fund for when they will/might eventually let me down, that will have already put a few hundred pounds into the kitty for emergency expenditure. And there are a few legacy carriers I trust (and have reason to trust) even less than FR.
