wow.. no J class pax allowed unless they are Diamond, Gold or oneworld Emerald.. I think every other arrival lounge in the world lets their J pax use the arrival lounges... It seems it would make more sense to me to only let paid J and F pax in the lounge, regardless of their status if the lounge was too small...
