Thanks, this one came with the NW worldperk sigature visa card. It says " presents this at any worldclubs worldwide..." and on the back it did list NRT as one of the worldclubs locations. So I guess it should be OK.

I have 2-hour lay-over at NRT, and 3-hour lay-over at DTW. You think 2-hour at NRT is enough time for me to enjoy the lounge? I would like to try NRT if possible.
